RLV Services operates the website rlvservices.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell data, and we only use your information to do the work we're asked to do.

Information you send us

When you use our contact or quote forms we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), services of interest, and your message. We use these only to respond to you and, where you ask, to prepare proposals. Messages are stored in our management system and retained until the matter is resolved or you ask us to delete them.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server logs capture basic technical data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location at the IP level) so we can keep the site working and understand how it's used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent any data to anyone.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie when you log into the management portal. The public website does not rely on tracking cookies.

Data you entrust to us as a client

Client content and data are treated as confidential. It's yours, stored securely, backed up, and exportable on request. We never use client data for marketing or share it with third parties except where a service you've chosen requires it (for example, a payment processor or hosting provider you've approved).

Your rights
