How we work

Small company pace, professional standards

Four steps, no mystery. You'll always know what's happening, what it costs, and what's yours.

Discover

A free conversation about your business, your customers, and what's actually getting in the way. We listen more than we talk — and we tell you straight if you may not need us.

Design

A written plan with honest pricing: what we'll build, what it costs, what's yours when we're done. No vague scopes, no surprise line items.

Build

We build in slices you can see and touch, with regular check-ins in plain English. Questions get answered the same day, not next quarter.

Launch & grow

We launch, test, and train you to run it. Then we stay available — monthly support plans and honest advice whenever you need a second opinion.

Who owns what

Everything we build belongs to you. That's the point.

Many agencies quietly keep your domain, content, and code as leverage. We find that backwards — you should be able to leave any vendor, including us, with everything intact and usable.

More about our approach
  • Your domain is in your name

Registered in your own account, always renewable by you, transferable whenever you like.

  • Your content and data are yours

Exportable, documented, and never held hostage. We hand over anything, any time, in usable form.

  • Your site can move hosts

Portability is a design principle. If you take your site elsewhere, we help you pack — and we don't sulk.

  • Your code is your asset

Applicable source code is delivered to you so you're never dependent on a single vendor.

Pricing philosophy

Fair. Transparent. No surprises.

We're not the cheapest — and we're not the inflated agency either. You pay for work that's done right, explained clearly, and priced up front.

Written quotes, up front

A fixed written proposal before any work starts. What changes the price is agreed before it changes the invoice.

Starting-at pricing where it fits

Packaged services like business sites carry starting prices. Complex projects get a scoped custom proposal — never a blank check.

Month-to-month, cancel anytime

Ongoing services have no long contracts. We keep clients because the work is good, not because the paperwork says so.

Client stories

People we've helped

Before, orders and availability lived in my head and a notebook. Now inventory stays in sync across my sites automatically, and customers help themselves — without me in the middle of every order.

They rebuilt our site in plain English — literally. I can update our menu myself and nothing has broken since. And they answer the phone. That alone set them apart.

The automation for appointments and invoices paid for itself in three months. No long contract, no pushy upsell — just work that got done and was explained to me.

Common questions

Straight answers

Who owns my domain, content, and data?
You do — always. Your domain is registered in your own account, your content and data are yours, and we hand everything over in usable form whenever you ask. Ownership and portability are not add-ons; they're how we work.
If I hire you, am I locked into your hosting?
No. Every website we build is portable and can be hosted anywhere. We offer hosting because clients like having one accountable partner — but it's a service, not a leash. We'll help you move if you ever want to.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Projects are quoted up front and paid as agreed. Ongoing services like hosting or maintenance are month-to-month and cancel anytime. We keep clients because the work is good — not because a contract says they must stay.
What does a typical project cost?
It depends on scope, and we're upfront about that. Simple business websites start around $1,200; e-commerce typically starts around $2,500. Custom applications and portals are quoted per project after a free consultation — no inflated agency pricing, no budget surprises.
How long does a website take?
A typical business website is launched in two to four weeks. E-commerce and custom applications take longer depending on complexity. You'll get a written timeline with your proposal, and we hit it.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Usually, yes. We'll audit what you have, tell you honestly whether to improve, migrate, or restart, and handle the move without downtime. We're happy to work with whatever system you're on — including ones other agencies built.
